PARENTS-What do you think of a Personal Trainer for your teenage daughters suffering from stress due to HSC?

I would like to work with teenage girls as a personal trainer to show them the benefiets of exercise ie stress release, build confidence %26amp; general wellbeing. The depression/suicide rate is elevating quickly %26amp; I want to do something bout it speaking from experience exercise works wonders. Also I believe those who are overweight wont feel so embarrased and it'l help build confidence. I think you are on to something. The problem in many cases would be the cost.





Perhaps proposing teen classes? if you train with a group - perhaps a small group, so you can devote more one-on-one attention - this would help to keep costs down.





I would go to talk with a high-school principal, and consider posting adds at the school with her approval. I wish my parents would've gotten me a personal trainer when I was a depressed/suicidal teen. I just got locked up and it scared the **** out of me...which might be cheaper, but still...If you have the money and patience, go for it!
