How do I go about telling my parents this?

I am 17 years old and I have done a lot of reseach on Social Anxiety Disorder and the symptoms have hit the nail right on the head with me. Even in my last question everyone seemed to think I have it. But my parents are going through a tough time right now because my dad is having work problems. I don't want to make things any worse than they already are! Should I just wait to tell them? I don't want anyone to think any less of me if I do.How do I go about telling my parents this?
No, don't wait. Sit down %26amp; talk to them about it (together if possible). You sound very intelligent; tell them about your research %26amp; how you're feeling. I'm SURE your health %26amp; happiness are tops on their priority list, regardless of any temporary financial problems they are having right now. Good luck! How do I go about telling my parents this?
i have the exact same problem as youbut then so does my mum though she wont admit it!

i hope your parents are better at dealing with these sorts of problems than mune are,

maybe what you should really be doing is telling a doctor so then he can help you too
Yes, you should tell them. If it is causing you that must trouble in your life, it will only get worse if left untreated. Best wishes
