How do i become emancipated from my parents?

Im a 15 year old in New Hampshire, who wants to be emancipated. My parents are okay with it. But my grades are not that good, and i dont have a job. I want to travel without being considered a run away, and without my parents getting in trouble for me. I can travel without a lot of money, and am good with all that, i just need to know if it is llegal for me to become emancipated. How do i become emancipated from my parents?
There are 3 ways a child can become emancipated:

1.get married

2.join the military, or

3.go to court and have the judge declare you emancipated (';judicial declaration';).

4. go in front of a judge and have your parents wit you to give permission for you to be emancipated

Can any child get a judge to declare him/her emancipated?

No. There are certain requirements:

You must be 14 years old, or older.

You must be willing to live apart from your parents with their consent

You must be managing your own financial affairs.

Your income must be from a legal source.

Emancipation must be in your best interests.

You should be in school. (The emancipation law does not require that you be in school, but compulsory education laws do. The judge usually wants to see that you are either in school, have already graduated, or have earned a GED).

What rights do I get if I become emancipated?

If you are emancipated, you can:

Live where you want to.

Sign contracts.

Keep the money you earn.

Buy, sell, lease, or give away any interest you have in real or personal property.

Get a work permit without parental consent.

Enroll yourself in school.

Sue someone in your own name.

Make a valid Will.

Consent to your own medical, dental, and psychiatric care.

Stay out as late as you want. (Curfew laws do not apply to emancipated minors.)

What responsibilities will I have if I get emancipated?

If you are emancipated, you must:

Support yourself financially.

Get your own medical, dental, and automobile insurance.

Pay your bills.

Make sure your income is from a legal source.

What things won't change when I get emancipated?

Even after you are emancipated.

You must go to school until you graduate or turn 18.

You cannot work as many hours as you want. You must still obey child labor laws and follow work permit rules.

You can't have sex unless you are married and have sex with your spouse.

You may be tried as an adult if you commit a crime.

A judge will decide if you will be tried in Juvenile Court or tried as an adult. Whether or not you are emancipated has no bearing on being tried as an adult.

You cannot drink alcohol until you turn 21.

You cannot vote until you are 18.

How can I get help to get emancipated?

First answer has most of the facts, but to make it simple, you need a job to support yourself,an attorney, a place to live on your own (not with others) and the courts permission. No other laws change due to you being emancipated. You do not become an instant adult and cannot enter into legal contracts.
The first answer pretty much said it all. Not too long ago i got emancipated from my parents it is hard... just stay lucky 4 me my mom still helps me
